Payment schedules for software licenses, retainers, and project-based work will be detailed in your invoice or agreement. Failure to make payments may result in suspension of access to the software or related services.
Unless otherwise agreed, custom software developed specifically for you remains your property upon full payment as described in the applicable agreement. Existing codebases, frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary tools remain the property of Plusplus Software LLC.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service or license agreement.
